Golf Courses At Orlando :
Mission
Inn - El Campeon
El Campeón is naturally gifted with water on 13 of 18 holes, towering
forests and rare 85 foot elevation differences tee to green. This signature
layout is rated in the top 25 of Florida's 1,100-plus courses. El Campeon
is one of Florida's most highly rated courses.
El Campeón, built in 1926, is one of the south's oldest golf
courses. Here course architect, Charles E. Clarke of Troon, Scotland,
blended unusual elevation changes of more than 85 feet with features of
traditional golf design. Rolling fairways and undulating greens only begin
to characterize El Campeón. The course’s signature hole is
the par 5, 17th, a long, double dogleg that has more obstacles than some
entire courses.
